By entering Paul Bunyan Lakefront Resort property, I, and all those registered to/visiting my site agree to the following:
I am not currently experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or have experiences COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days.
I have not been in contact with someone COVID positive in the past 14 days.
I have not been advised by public heath to isolate.
All COVID safety measures must be followed to keep everyone at Paul Bunyan safe. This includes maintaining 6ft distance to anyone other than your family, washing hands and wearing masks in washrooms, laundry room and office.
PARKING - Parking spaces may be used only by the Residents or persons authorized by the Resident for parking of passenger cars and trucks up to 1 ton. All other vehicles including motor homes, recreational vehicles or trucks or vans that have been customized as such, boats and trailers must be parked in the area designated by Management. Parking spaces and roadways shall not be used for repairing motor vehicles. Motor vehicles within the Park are entirely at the owners risk. All motor vehicles must be fully parked in the space designated, no street parking will be allowed at any time except for approved deliveries and pick-ups. Vehicles, boats and trailers parked on site for the winter will be charged a winter storage charge. The management at the Resident's cost and risk may remove unlawfully parked motor vehicles.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Everyone under the age of 18 years must be on their own Camp Site by 11 p.m. Please be respectful to your neighbours with daytime noise and music.
SITE MAINTENANCE - Your site must be kept in neat and tidy condition and your trailer must be in good repair. Residents shall maintain the lawn in good condition, neatly mowed at all times. If you intend to be away for an extended period of time please make arrangements for lawn maintenance. If NOT we will cut the lawn for a fee of $20 per cutting.
SPEED - The speed limit is 10 km/h and we ask that you and your visitors adhere to this. No unlicensed vehicles allowed in the park without permission of the Management. PLEASE WATCH FOR CHILDREN!
PETS - We are a pet-friendly resort. Pets must be kept on a visible leash at all times when outside the trailer unit. Noisy or unruly pets or those that cause complaints will not be allowed to remain in the Park. No pets will be allowed in any buildings situated in the common areas of the Park.
LAUNDRY - Facilities are available for your use during the times posted by Management. Residents shall after using the facilities, leave the same in a neat, tidy and clean condition.
FIRES - Residents are not permitted to build open fires in the Park except in designated areas permitted by Management, such as a properly constructed fire pit on the Residents lot. Fires are not permitted on the beach.
WATERING - Lawn watering is restricted to the hours of 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. to midnight. (No overnight watering) Our water supply comes from wells and is limited.
PEDDLING - Peddling and soliciting, or the distribution of literature is not allowed, except with the consent of Management.
LOT BOUNDARIES - In the event of a dispute between Residents of the Park as to the precise location of their boundaries, Management shall be the final arbitrator.
ALCOHOL BEVERAGES - Alcohol Beverages are restricted to Camp Site Areas. Impaired driving will NOT be tolerated.
GARBAGE - Garbage and refuse shall be placed in large containers provided by Management. Only regular household garbage will be accepted. Metal objects are to be placed on the metal pile. Large appliances require permission of Management before being dropped off. No dumping of televisions, large electronic items, appliances, old furniture, mattresses, carpets, or construction garbage. These items must be brought to a landfill site. Place recyclables in containers provided. HELP KEEP YOUR PARK CLEAN.
YARD WASTE - All leaves and yard waste must be bagged. No bags over 15 kilograms.
SERVICES - The Occupants shall not interfere with or alter any of the Management's services located on the site or in the Park. If service work must be done within the Park and your site is disturbed it is the Occupant's responsibility for any items on the site other than the grass, gravel or stone.
GLASS CONTAINERS - Glass containers are restricted to Camp Site Areas. This is for the safety of all residents.
FAMILY AND GUESTS - The Resident is responsible for the actions and behavior of all his family and guests in or about the Park and for preventing noise, profanity, uncleanness, defacement and damages to the property in the Park. The Management shall have no responsibility for the supervision of family or guests either in common areas or elsewhere in the Park. All guests using trailer when seasonal is not in attendance must register with the office.
SITE RULES - All alterations, additions, and unit locations must be approved by Management prior to building.
LOT TRANSFER / SALE OF TRAILER - No registered occupant can sell his or her trailer on site or assign his or her lot without prior consent of the Landlord. Any unit for sale in the park that is older than 25 years shall be up to Management's discretion if allowed to be resold on site.
MANAGEMENT - Management reserves the right to deny entry to any person.
TREES - No trees may be cut down without consent of Management.
TENTS - Tents are not allowed except with the consent of Management.
GOLF CARTS - All golf carts must be registered with the office. Proof of insurance is required. All golf carts must have site # stickers on them (stickers available at the office). Only electric golf carts will be permitted. Golf carts must have working, proper headlights if driven at night. Drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
FIREWORKS - No fireworks are allowed within the camp.
